Easter Egg

Easter Egg Cake – Cassis’s Easter Egg Cake is lovingly fashioned into an egg shape and covered lavishly with a dark ganache coating. Inside are layers of our signature vanilla or chocolate chiffon sponge cake and whatever fresh mousse you choose: chocolate, lemon, raspberry, or even hazelnut.

Carrot cake – Never has there been a carrot cake like this! Cassis’s carrot cake is three layers of carrot spice cake with nuts, coconut, and pineapple and frosted w/ a decadent cream cheese frosting flavored w/ fresh mandarin oranges. Sure to appease the toughest desert critic.

Gluten Free Bon Bons – Cassis is proud to introduce a new line of pastries. We have taken our fabulous meringues and filled them with our amazing array of different mousses. Finally each Bon Bon is placed on a decadent macaroon to finish this little bit of heaven.
