Wedding Cakes

The classical wedding cake is composed of three layers of chiffon sponge cake lightly flavored with liquors and/or natural extracts to match their two layers of fresh mousse made from fruits, nuts, and/or spices.  The cake is covered in real Italian butter cream, made only with the finest butter.  The cake is decorated with ribbons, butter cream detail work, and fresh flowers which can be matched to the bride’s preference. The client may  choose any combination of mousse, sponge, and butter cream within the following choices.  Different tiers of wedding cake may even contain different combinations at no extra charge. Varieties outside this array are always available, but may be at an additional cost.

  • Chiffon Sponge Cake: Vanilla or Chocolate, add $.50 per serving for Marble
  • Mousse Filling: Chocolate, Raspberry, Lemon, & Hazelnut
  • Italian Butter Cream: Vanilla, Chocolate, Raspberry, & Hazelnut
  • Classical Wedding Cake- $5.00/serving
  • Light Classical Wedding Cake(2 layers of Chiffon Sponge & 1 layer of Mousse Filling)- $4.50/serving

*Other options for style, color, filling, decoration, theme, etc. are always available and questions should be referred to Dmitri or Ilya at Cassis Bakery.

  • Florist brings specific flowers to be arranged on cake by Cassis Bakery- no charge
  • Hand-Rolled Chocolate Roses to match any color- $5.50/piece
  • Hand-Rolled Chocolate Lilies to match any color- $4.50/piece
  • Cake covered in white chocolate- $6.00/serving, $5.00/serving for light classical cake
  • Unfinished Kitchen Cake- $3.50/serving for orders 150 servings and up
  • Finished Kitchen Cakes (each serving w/ rosette )- $4.50/serving for orders 150 servings and up
  • ½ Sheet Cake- $2.50/ serving for orders 75 servings and up
  • Mini Pastries – Full Assortment of 18-22 varieties- $1.49/piece or $1.25 in quantities over 100
