Cassis Wedding Cakes
The classical wedding cake is composed of three layers of chiffon sponge cake soaked in liquors and extracts to match their two layers of fresh mousse made from all natural fruits, nuts, and spices. The cake is covered in real Italian butter cream made only with the finest butter. The cake is decorated with ribbons, butter cream detail work, and fresh flowers which can be matched to the bride’s preference, though not specific varieties of flowers.
The client may choose any combination of mousse, sponge, and butter cream with in the following choices. Different tiers of wedding cakes may even contain different combinations at no extra charge. Varieties outside this array are always available but may be an additional cost.

Unfinished Kitchen Cake- $3.00/serving for orders 150 servings and up

½ Sheet Cake- $2.50/ serving for orders 75 servings and up
